A natural processed single origin coffee from the Bombe District of Sidamo, Ethiopia, produced by Daye Bensa. Made from Grade 1 Ethiopian Heirloom Arabica beans grown at 2230 masl, harvested February 2024. Roasted light/medium specifically for espresso. The cup is fruit-forward and syrupy with dominant tropical fruit acidity and sweet undertones. Tasting notes include chocolate-dipped strawberries, candy cane, hibiscus, red grape, and apple pie.
