A natural/extended fermentation coffee processed with four days of underwater fermentation, featuring a blend of varieties including Ateng Super, P88, Borbor, Andungsar, Sigarar Utang, and Lini S-795. The coffee presents sweet, tangy, and balanced flavor characteristics with tasting notes of cherry, lime, and red grapes.
