A single-origin coffee from Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1650 MASL on the El Encanto farm by producer Franky Hoyos. Features Caturra and Chiroso cultivars. Processed using a yeast-inoculated natural method involving a 70-hour oxidation phase, 60-hour anaerobic fermentation, yeast inoculation with fruit pulp, thermal shock, 48 hours of mechanical drying, and a 15-day resting phase. Light roast with flavor notes of chocolate milkshake, vanilla, and dark cherry.
