Fluffy Petals is a washed Ethiopian coffee from the Lalesa Washing Station in the Gedeb region. Grown at an altitude of 2150 meters, this Heirloom variety coffee is processed using traditional fermentation in water tanks for 48 to 100 hours, followed by drying on raised beds. The flavor profile features notes of purple florals, citrus, grilled peaches, and subtle hops, offering a bright and seasonal character.
