A natural-processed Pacamara from Finca Rosma in Huehuetenango, Guatemala (1800+ masl). Pacamara variety was dried on cherry, producing pronounced fruit-forward character with cherry, red berry and tropical fruit notes. Roasted for filter brewing to a medium-light profile, offering bright acidity and a delicate body.
