Finca Morales is a 6-hectare family farm in Nuevo Belén, Lonya Grande, Amazonas, Peru, at 1650–1750 meters altitude. This coffee features the Marshell variety and is processed using extended fermentation washed method. The result is a well-balanced, round cup with notes of milk chocolate, plum, and soft floral character.
