A single origin coffee from Finca Milan in Calarcá, Quindío, Colombia, grown at 1400 meters above sea level. The Caturra cultivar is processed using washed with nitro fermentation, where the coffee is fermented in a bioreactor with watermelon juice and starter cultures under nitrogen atmosphere. Following fermentation and mucilage removal, the beans undergo twenty days of sun-drying followed by five days of mechanical drying. Light roasted with flavor notes of watermelon, lemonade, and bubble gum.
