FINCA EL JARDIN is a coffee from the del Cid family farm in Guatemala, located in the Fraijanes plateau near the Pacaya volcano, which continuously enriches the soil with volcanic ash minerals. The farm has been in the family since 1918, now managed by Pablo del Cid and his family. The coffee is processed using anaerobic natural drying methods. In 2024, the farm won 3rd place in the "One of a Kind" category at the prestigious Cup of Excellence competition with a score of 89.23. This coffee features sweet and citrus aromas with a juicy character and strong structure. Varieties include Obata and Anacafe 14, grown at altitudes between 1490-1680 meters.
