Finca Deborah Series is a set of three 50g coffees: Elipse, Nirvana, and Terroir. Elipse offers Peach, Raspberry, Jasmine, and Cantaloupe; Nirvana offers Cherry, Rose, Champagne, Pineapple, and Mango; Terroir offers Jasmine, White Tea, White Grape, and Vanilla. The cherries for Nirvana are dried in a three-stage system for up to 30 days after depulping and washing. The box emphasizes roasting to enhance cupping and filter preparation.
