The coffee placed 3rd in the Cup of Excellence Natural Category. Flavor notes include red plum, sweet lemon citrus, and winey aromatics, with a very sweet and juicy character. The farm is run by the family of Gustavo and Rodrigo, who transitioned from dairy farming to specialty coffee cultivation in 2014, focusing on quality post-harvest methods and sustainable practices.
