A washed single-origin coffee from the Benti Nenka processing station in the Hambela Wamena region of Guji, southern Ethiopia, grown at 1,850–2,100 meters above sea level. Sourced from approximately 700 smallholder farmers, most cultivating fewer than 150 coffee trees, using predominantly organic (though uncertified) practices. The Heirloom variety cherries undergo double selection — first on tarps, then on drying tables. The cup offers crystalline sweetness with notes of pear in syrup, white grape, lemon verbena, lime, jasmine, and tea-like profiles reminiscent of Pu'er and Yerba Mate, with a lightly tannic, earthy finish.
