This single origin coffee comes from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, grown at altitudes up to 2000 meters above sea level. The coffee cherries were processed using the washed method with 24-36 hour fermentation and dried on African raised beds for 10-15 days. The variety is Heirloom. Flavor notes include blueberry, black tea, and delicate citrus.
