This organic coffee originates from the Shantewene Village region in Ethiopia, where it is cultivated at an altitude of 2210 meters. The coffee is processed using the washed method. It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of berries, jasmine, and black tea. This single-origin Arabica coffee is roasted to a medium-dark level, offering a delicate and refined cup.
While the Andraschko Kaffeemanufaktur was officially founded in 2006, the coffee passion of Elisabeth and Willy Andraschko began back in 1979 when they established a Viennese coffee house in Berlin, with Willy notably joining the world-famous Café Einstein and shaking up the scene.
