This coffee is organically produced in Ethiopia's Sidama region, around Daya Bensa, by over 1200 small-holder farmers. It is naturally processed and certified organic. The medium roast reveals vibrant florality and bright, fruit-forward character, with flavor notes of lavender, boysenberry, Madagascar vanilla, and honey, combined with a creamy mouthfeel and balanced acidity.
