Ethiopia Ky Kebero Nº 363 is a single-origin coffee sourced from the Sidama region in Ethiopia. The Amharic name Ky Kebero refers to the Ethiopian wolf. The coffee is coupled with a note about a donation to the Ethiopian Wolf Conservation Programme. Typical tasting notes suggested by branding include sweet chocolate, citrus, and floral characteristics.
Rob and Vikki Hodge founded Rave Coffee in Cirencester in 2011. The roastery moved into a renovated building on Phoenix Way in spring 2023, housing two Loring roasters, a 70kg and the original 35kg.
