Ethiopia Kochere Saona is a washed Heirgift varietal coffee from the Kochere region of Yirgacheffe, grown at 1900-2000 meters altitude. This late harvest lot (EXP19/02) showcases elegant characteristics with tasting notes of lemon zest, lychee, orange blossom, bergamot, yuzu, and honey. The coffee is distinguished by quality farming techniques, high altitude cultivation, fertile soil conditions, and meticulous processing and storage methods.

The Crackpots Coffee Roaster was founded in 2017 by Wilson and YeeFong in Subang Jaya, Selangor, growing from a small open air mini roaster into a full commercial roasting operation.
