About This Coffee

This Ethiopian coffee from Keramo uses a pilot fermentation technique with controlled oxygen to slow bacterial growth and extend fermentation time. The Low O2 Natural processing method produces flavors of fresh mango, tangerine, and sparkling hops. This was a one-of-a-kind experimental release from the Keramo producers in 2021.
