A certified organic coffee from the Oromia Region of Ethiopia, produced by the Kayon Mountain Cooperative. Features natural processed Heirloom varieties with flavor notes of Fig, Red Grape, and Florals. Roasted to a Light/Medium profile, suited for both espresso and filter brewing.
