This single-origin coffee comes from the Mormora & Guji Highlands Plantation in southern Ethiopia's Guji region, grown at 2,050 meters elevation. The heirloom varietal is naturally processed using traditional methods with meticulous hand-sorting and sun-drying on African raised beds. The coffee features a complex flavor profile with notes of blueberry jam, Kyoho grape candy, peach juice, bergamot, citrus gummies, and violet, finishing with rich sweetness and floral-fruity intensity. The estate is organically certified and grows under a natural rainforest canopy.
