Jungle Roastery

Jungle Roastery has been operating since December 2022 from a space inside the Welding Institute complex on Račianska street in Bratislava's new downtown, not far from the Zaha Hadid designed Sky Park towers. Founded by Zdeno Kysučan, the roastery initially worked with an electric Stronghold machine before upgrading to a Typhoon roaster paired with an optical sorter that significantly reduces defective beans before they ever reach the drum. Coffee is roasted every other day for maximum freshness, and the cafe is equipped with La Marzocco, San Remo, and Mahlkönig machines in a plant filled space with large windows. The facility also hosts Fest Čierny Deň, Bratislava's specialty coffee festival, and is available for private events, conferences, and exhibitions.
