Ethiopia Goro Muda is a single-origin coffee from Harsu Haro Muda in Ethiopia’s Guji region, produced by 432 smallholder farmers at 2,050–2,300 meters elevation. The lot is washed (parchment dried) and roasted intentionally light to preserve clarity. Tasting notes include Meyer lemon brightness, juicy peach sweetness, and a gentle almond finish, offering a luminous, delicate cup.
Founded in 2017 by Erich Joiner, this specialty roaster blends creative worlds of coffee and entertainment. Named after Joiner's Havanese pup, they focus on world-class beans roasted in small batches with profiles calibrated by renowned roasters, creating a cultural intersection in every cup.
