A naturally processed Ethiopian coffee from the Daanisa group of 44 farmers who deliver cherries to the Dambi Uddo washing station in the Sukkee Qutto village, Guji region. The station was established in 2019 by Dambi Uddo Agro Industry at altitudes often above 2,000 meters. Cherries are selectively hand-picked, sorted for ripeness, and dried on raised drying beds with the fruit intact. Flavor profile features blueberry and peach notes with floral, elegant, and refreshing characteristics and pronounced sweetness. Roasted for filter.
