This Ethiopian coffee is from Anasora Washing Station in Shakiso, Guji region, grown at 1,900–1,950 meters altitude. It features Ethiopia Heirloom and Kurume varieties processed using the Natural Anaerobic Slow Dry method—cherries are anaerobically fermented in sealed bags then slowly dried on African beds for 2–3 weeks. The region's volcanic soils, varying elevations, and significant temperature differences produce exotic flavor notes of Concord grape, blackcurrant, raisin, prune, dark chocolate, and cacao nibs.
