This coffee is from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, produced at the Aricha washing station. It is a Grade 1 coffee, with Welisho and Dega varieties, processed as Washed/Wet Process. Tasting notes suggested include plum and floral, with a clean and delicate profile. The Aricha washing station is associated with around 750 smallholder farmers and is well-known in Yirgacheffe.
