El Suspiro is a single-origin coffee from the El Arenal region of Matagalpa, Nicaragua, grown at an altitude of 1350 to 1450 meters. Produced by Alejandro Saldaña and Maria Ligia Mierisch, this coffee is of the Orange Bourbon variety and is processed using the washed method. It features a floral and clean profile with distinct tasting notes of cherry, custard, and lime. This medium roast is specifically suited for espresso brewing.
