This coffee is a SICAFE Auction Lot from La Siberia farm in Chalchuapa, Santa Ana, El Salvador, grown at 1,450–1,675 meters above sea level. It features the rare Goliath Bourbon variety — a naturally occurring mutation discovered on the farm, characterized by very large foliage, oversized cherries (larger than Pacamara), and a pointy cherry tip. Processed using carbonic maceration washed method. The farm, founded in 1870, has won multiple Cup of Excellence awards and is situated in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range.
