This coffee is a washed Pacamara variety from Finca Santa Rosa in the Chalatenango region of El Salvador. It is roasted ultra-light by Onyx Coffee Lab, with an Agtron measurement of 132. The flavor profile features notes of white grape, plum, rose, and milk chocolate. This coffee is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
