A single-farm coffee from La Pedrera (Jaime Ricardo Guevara Chavez) in Chalatenango, El Salvador, grown at 1550–1600m. Pacas variety, natural (dry) processed and roasted light. Tasting notes emphasize succulent sweetness and tangy acidity with flavors of baked apple, blood orange, fig soaked in red wine, and a lingering caramel candy finish. Recommended for espresso and filter methods.
