A honey-processed coffee from El Salvador's Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range, grown at 1,200 masl on Finca Madre Tierra and Finca Lemus by farmer Thelma de Gutierrez. The variety is Tabi, graded SHG EP. Flavor notes include grape, grapefruit, cane sugar, and black tea.
