A Geisha variety natural-processed coffee from Finca El Conacaste, Santa Ana (Alotepec, Metapan region), El Salvador, grown at 1,550–1,800 masl by farmer Giancarlo Rusconi. Harvested at peak ripeness under cypress tree canopy and hand-turned every 30 minutes over a 45-day drying period. The lot features a 23% average Brix reading. Tasting notes include orange blossom, lemon tea, honeysuckle, apricot, dried raspberry, gentian, and Cointreau, with a smooth and silky mouthfeel.
