This coffee is a Red Bourbon variety from Finca El Ángel, located on the slopes of the Santa Ana volcano in El Salvador. Grown at an altitude of 1,400 to 1,600 meters, this lot is processed using the washed method. It offers a structured and juicy profile with pronounced sweetness and vibrant acidity. Tasting notes include caramel, melon, and red currant.
