This single-origin coffee is from Hacienda El Obraje in the Nariño region of Colombia, cultivated at 2200 meters above sea level. Grown by Pablo Andres Guerrero, this Caturra variety is washed processed. The 2025 harvest features flavor notes of red apple, toffee, praline, orange, and grapefruit with a full body. The coffee is grown in a unique microclimate with dramatic daily temperature fluctuations from 32°C during the day to 8°C or less at night, contributing to increased bean density. The volcanic, mineral-rich soil and high elevation create distinctive cup characteristics.
