El Indio is a complex and intense coffee from Colombia. It features a distinct marzipan-like almond profile, complemented by the acidity of juicy, caramelized orange marmalade. The cup offers a unique cherry balsam character, reminiscent of sticky boiled sweets with a hint of medicinal notes. Additional fleeting flavors include tropical fruit, cardamom, wine, chocolate, and molasses. This versatile coffee performs exceptionally well as an espresso and maintains its character when paired with milk.
