El Diviso Java is a single-origin coffee from Bruselas, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1850 meters elevation by producer Nestor Lasso. This Java variety undergoes anaerobic fermentation and is dried on raised beds. The coffee exhibits a silky body with bright acidity, showcasing tropical and red fruit notes alongside sweet mint and thyme characteristics. Tasting notes include lychee, rose, Froot Loops, thyme, mint, lemongrass, jasmine, bergamot, and rosemary.
