This coffee is a Geisha varietal from Ecuador, San Jose de Minas, Pichincha region at 1450 meters altitude. It undergoes washed processing (WX), involving depulping and fermentation in water. The flavor profile includes chamomile, clementine, honey, bergamot aftertaste, and a soft, delicate body with mid-intensity acidity.
