About This Coffee

A single-origin Pacamara from Metapán, Santa Ana, El Salvador, produced through the Socios de Cosecha project led by Alejandro Valiente. The Pacamara variety is a hybrid of Pacas and Maragogipe, processed naturally. The aroma features toasted caramel and orange blossom. Flavor notes include chocolate syrup, root beer, and orange citrus. The Pacamara variety offers remarkable complexity, a creamy body, and lingering sweetness. Suitable for Aeropress, pour over, and espresso preparation.
