The coffee features Red and Yellow Caturra varieties processed using a washed method followed by natural Sugarcane Ethyl Acetate decaffeination, which removes 97% of caffeine. The processing utilizes 100% solar energy at the farm. Flavor notes include caramel, orange, lime, papaya, nougat, vanilla, apple, and tangy characteristics. The coffee received a cupping score of 85.5 at origin and 84.5 from Firelight.
