This decaf coffee is sourced from smallholder farms in the Villamaría community of Caldas, Colombia, at 1,800 MASL. It features the Pink Bourbon variety and undergoes an experimental Water Pillow Fermentation process followed by sugarcane EA decaffeination at Descafecol. The coffee presents tasting notes of papaya, blackberry, and sherry, with a fruit-forward, syrupy character. It is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
