A dark roast whole bean coffee from Finca La Piragua in Huila, Colombia. The farm was established in 2000 by Alexander Vargas and his wife Lidia, who have focused exclusively on specialty coffee since 2006. Grown on 12 hectares alongside dragon fruit, this coffee offers flavor notes of raspberry, yellow apple, and almond.
