A fully washed Caturra variety from Finca Las Palomas in Tarbaca, Aserrí, Costa Rica, grown at 1800 meters above sea level. Produced by Daniel Monge, a third-generation coffee farmer, through the Roble Negro micromill. The cup offers gentle notes of apple and macadamia with high sweetness, a smooth, elegant profile, and a light, well-integrated acidity. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
