Medium-light roast with flavor notes of apple juice, pineapple, honey, milk chocolate, and almond. Sourced from Colombia and Guatemala at 1750-1800 meters altitude.
The Artery Community Roasters is a social enterprise based in Ottawa, Ontario, employing people living with disabilities at living wages. They roast in small batches on a Coffee Crafters Artisan XL with a capacity of up to 10 pounds per roast, and ship within one week of roasting. Sourcing is done on a direct trade basis, maintaining one to two degrees of separation from the farmers. The Artery was named Coffee Roaster of the Month by Commonly Coffee.
