This coffee is grown in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica by farmers within a cooperative focused on education, sustainable development, and social responsibility. Cultivated at altitudes between 1,500-1,800 meters, the beans are Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) grade, providing high density and rich flavor. The volcanic soils and cool nights create a unique character with notes of nougat, milk chocolate, mandarin, and honey, featuring medium-high acidity, full body, and distinct sweetness. The coffee is grown and processed by CoopeTarrazú, a cooperative supporting thousands of small-scale producers since 1970. Processing is fully washed. Roasted to a medium level.
A roastery focused on quality, craftsmanship, and sustainability, roasting coffee on-demand to ensure maximum freshness and highlight the unique taste of each bean.
