El Melico is a single-origin coffee from the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, grown at an altitude of 1,200 to 1,900 meters within the Finca La Minita estate. This lot features the Gesha variety and is processed using the red honey method, where the coffee is hand-harvested and dried in its remaining mucilage in full sun. The resulting cup is characterized by a fruity and juicy profile with distinct tasting notes of jasmine tea and orange.
