This coffee is a single-origin offering from the Miran farm in the Copey region of Costa Rica. Grown at an altitude of 1700 to 1800 meters, this Yellow Catuai variety is processed using an anaerobic honey method. The flavor profile features notes of pink guava, grapefruit, chocolate, and prune.
