Cosmo is a medium-light roast espresso blend combining a natural-processed Brazilian base with a washed Costa Rican from Tarrazú and an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. Grown at 1100–2100m overall and from multiple varieties, it offers juicy, layered flavors of plum, cranberry, and marzipan with a smooth, balanced body.
