About This Coffee

This coffee is from Colombia, specifically from the Cauca department and the city of Popayan in the southwestern part of the country. Cultivated primarily by small-scale farmers at altitudes between 1400-1800 meters above sea level. The coffee cherries are transported to a central washing station for processing. It is a washed (myta) Arabica coffee with flavor notes of raspberry, caramel, and toffee.
