This regional-lot coffee comes from Pompeya in Nariño, Colombia, grown by the Cabildo Inga community and harvested from multiple small farms. The lot includes varieties Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo and is processed as a washed coffee. Grown at high elevations (approximately 1750–2400 MASL) near the Galeras volcano, the cup presents comfortable, sweet notes of peach, milk chocolate, raisin, and apple.
