About This Coffee

This decaffeinated coffee is an Ombligon variety from the Las Flores farm in Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1750 meters. The coffee undergoes a complex process including washing, flotation, 48 hours of oxidation, 60 hours of controlled anaerobic fermentation, and a final 12-hour oxidation phase, followed by an EA decaffeination process. It is dried at Casa Elba for 15 days. The flavor profile features notes of strawberry, pomegranate, and orange.
