This Colombia Magnum Sidra is grown at El Vergel Farm in Fresno, Tolima, at an altitude of 1,450 meters. The Sidra variety undergoes a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation process using mosto, followed by a two-stage drying process. This coffee offers an expressive flavor profile characterized by the dense sweetness of wild strawberry jam, the freshness of red apple, and rich layers of raisins and cherries. It is an innovative, complex coffee representing a direct partnership with producers Elias and Shady Bayter.
