This Colombia La Serrania is a sugarcane-ethyl acetate decaffeinated single-origin coffee from Pitalito in Huila, Colombia. The lot (50 smallholders) is grown at 1500–1750 m and comprises Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties. Roasted for filter brewing, it delivers tasting notes of berries, honey, and savoury spice with a clean, medium-light body. The decaffeination uses a sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate (EA) process to preserve cup complexity.
